Capital is the third room in Zouk Group's complex at The Cannery, Clarke Quay, with its own hours, door policy and programme. First opened in 2017 as a lounge for working professionals, it reopened in March 2026 after a redesign by Josh Held Design: a central island bar, a new sound system, a DJ console ringed by VIP sofas and a dancefloor for up to about 540 guests.
Thursdays are hip-hop and R&B, and Fridays are open format and EDM. Saturdays rotate through Surge for EDM anthems, Edition for 2000s R&B and hip-hop club hits, Glam with local female DJs and perks for ladies, and Total Recall for 90s and 00s pop.
The door is stricter than Zouk next door: the club's own page lists a minimum age of 21 for women and 23 for men, with a smart dress code and no shorts or slippers. It opens Thursday to Saturday, 10pm to 4am. Tickets are sold through Zouk Group's event pages, and tables are booked on +65 9006 8549.
