RASA describes itself as a two-room community space for music, arts and culture on level 2 of Republic Plaza. The Hall is a restaurant-lounge for dinner, dessert or cocktails; the Floor is a cosy dance room with a strong sound system, breakout areas and views over Collyer Quay.
Programming leans towards house and electronic music, with collaborations such as RASA x Sivilian Affairs bringing in guest DJs. It aims for a considered, unpretentious night out rather than a bottle-service scene.
Entry is free before 10pm and from S$27 after. Opening runs from early evening midweek into late night on Fridays and Saturdays. Suits people who like to start with dinner and drift onto the dancefloor. Check its Instagram for the weekly line-up and ticketed guest nights.
Line-ups and door prices shift weekly; a club's Instagram is usually the most current source.
