NOVA, run by OUE Restaurants, sits on the top of One Raffles Place above sister venue HighHouse, and is marked by a large neon star sculpture. It runs as a skybar from early evening and turns into a rooftop dancefloor on its late nights.
Wednesday is SUPERLOVA, a ladies' night with DJ Tang playing R&B and hip-hop singalongs. Friday Afterdark brings a rotating line-up playing Afrobeats, baile funk and hip-hop, and Saturdays are LENERD+1, an open-format night of genre-hopping sets.
Entry is from S$30. It is outdoors and gets warm on the dancefloor, so dress lightly but smartly. Good for after-work crowds and visitors who want a skyline party without the Marina Bay prices. Tables can be reserved online, and the indoor HighHouse restaurant one floor below is an easy place to start the evening.
