YKŌ opened in April 2026 on Level 3 of Block E at The Five, the dining and office complex in Damansara Heights, and is run by the team behind Kyō at the Mandarin Oriental. The room is industrial rather than plush, entered through a reworked version of Kyō's tunnel, and holds around 700 people. Sound is by Void Acoustics, and the layout keeps tables to the edges so the floor stays open for dancing.
There is no fixed genre: nights move between older crowd favourites and current club tracks depending on who is playing, with local and regional residents alongside touring guests. Nora En Pure played the opening weekend, and Thursday is ladies' night. Check the club's Instagram for the week's line-up.
YKŌ opens Wednesday to Sunday from 10pm to 3am. Some headline nights are ticketed through WhatsApp or TicketMelon. Booths come with bottle service and are booked by phone or WhatsApp on +60 12-921 1437. The legal drinking age in Malaysia is 21, so bring ID.
Line-ups and door prices shift weekly; a club's Instagram is usually the most current source.
Big night planned? Tables at the busier clubs go early on Fridays and Saturdays.
