The Iron Fairies Bali is the largest branch of the Boutique Bars concept designed by Ashley Sutton, with sister venues in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Manila. The room on Jalan Petitenget is built like an underground iron mine: spiral timber staircases, working machinery on the walls, candle chandeliers and hand-made leather seating, with space for around 500 guests across the main floor, a mezzanine and eight smaller rooms.

Nights start with live bands from about 8.15pm, then DJs take over from 11pm, or from 9pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, playing a broad, upbeat mix. Guest DJ nights run on Fridays and Saturdays, and themed parties are ticketed through the club's events page.

It opens from 7pm, closing at 3am Sunday to Thursday and 4am on Fridays and Saturdays. Early evening has no minimum charge. Tables are booked online or by WhatsApp. Indonesia's legal drinking age is 21, so bring ID. The club doesn't publish a dress code or cover charge.

Line-ups and door prices shift weekly; a club's Instagram is usually the most current source.
