Klymax Discotheque

Klymax is the late-night room at Desa Potato Head on Jalan Petitenget. The space was designed in partnership with DJ Harvey, who holds a residency, and its sound system and timber-lined room were built with serious dancing in mind. The club says it takes its cues from the disco era of Paradise Garage through to the early years of techno.

Music is house, disco and techno, with local selectors such as Bagvs, Dita, Gero and Seabass alongside international guests on weekends. Doors open at 10pm and nights run late. House rules ban flash photography and video, and there is no smoking or vaping inside, which keeps the focus on the floor.

Tickets for event nights are sold through Megatix. It suits people who want a dark, sound-focused club with a knowledgeable crowd rather than bottle service and big-room EDM.
