Hatch Uluwatu

Hatch sits on Jalan Labuansait near Bingin and works as a bar, kitchen and dance venue in one. The large covered space is dressed with plants, neon and a cave-like DJ booth, with games tables and bars around the edges of the dancefloor.

Every night has its own theme: Ulu Riddim on Mondays, games night on Tuesdays, Taman x Portal on Wednesdays, Indecent on Thursdays, special events with guest DJs on Fridays, Salsa Fiesta x Ulu Massive on Saturdays and Guayeø on Sundays. Music runs from R&B and hip-hop to house, techno and salsa, and October 2026 Fridays include SHE, Umoja Beat and Space Safari.

Doors open at 5pm Monday to Saturday and the night runs until 3am; weekend daytime markets take over the space on Saturdays and Sundays. Tables and event spots are booked through the website. It suits surfers and travellers staying on the Bukit who want a relaxed but busy night out.
